About this Event

Water Safety and Health: A Community Conversation is the culminating event of 14 East’s water testing project in which reporters worked with the DePaul community to test lead levels in their tap water. This event, which will be comprised of small group conversations, will bring together community members, DePaul students, reporters and public officials to talk about water safety and health in Chicago.

This investigation is made possible by funding through the Illinois Humanities, News Integrity Initiative and the MacArthur Foundation.
